Fall is here, and the school projects that kept our crews busy throughout the summer are complete. Thank you to everyone on our team for the hard work that went into them. As we move into another busy season, our crews remain focused on working safely and keeping our equipment ready for the job.
Preparing for Fall Conditions
September also brings shorter days and changing conditions on the road and at job sites. We’re checking lights, tires, wipers, and other equipment as we prepare for more work in lower light and unpredictable fall weather.
Clear communication and attention to the people and equipment around us remain priorities every day.
Supporting the Glen Cove Community
We were pleased to see John McGowan & Sons mentioned in a Long Island Press article about the Glen Cove Beautification Commission’s work at Pratt Park. Our crew donated and built the concrete foundation for the gazebo, and we’re grateful to have contributed to this community project.
Looking Ahead to Fall
